Goldengate Home Solutions is a New York property-services company delivering reliable, fully documented preservation work across the state. We treat every property as if it were our own — secured, maintained, and reported on with photo evidence you can hand straight to a lender or owner.
A gate is a threshold — the line between a property that's cared for and one that's exposed. Preservation work lives right at that line: the lock that holds, the board that goes up before the storm, the grounds kept so a vacant home doesn't announce itself to the street.
